Pawan Upadhyay is a Business and Technology expert with 17 years of experience in design and development of Mobile & Web based Applications. He has both traditional and contemporary technology experience in the companies such as WIPRO, ISB, iGATE (Now Cap Gemini) and Royal Bank of Canada. He has immense knowledge and experience in Business Management and Software Development domains. 

As a Founder and CEO, he plays a key role in defining the company's strategy, sets and drives the Vision of the Company and provides the necessary Technology Direction and creates the Business Strategy for the growth of the company.

Apart from Technology, he has passion for giving Rich IT & Business Consultancy to clients and create Innovative marketing strategy for businesses.

He founded RICHTREE to provide RICH Consultancy to its clients for building efficient and cost effective Web & Mobile App for running their business and redefine & revolutionize Digital Marketing concept in India. A busy father of three, Pawan tries to live creatively.

Prior to establishing The RICHTREE Consultancy Services (RTCS), Pawan enjoyed a successful career at various multinational companies both in India and abroad. In 2013, left his lucrative corporate Job in Toronto, Canada and returned India to pursue his Entrepreneurial Dream. Pawan started his entrepreneur journey by starting an IT Company called DAKSH SERVICES in December 2013 along with a partner. In 2014, acquired an existing IT Company METALINKS SOFTWARE from GOEL PHARMA Group. METALINKS SOFTWARE is now part of CARE9 Group.

Pawan developed a RICH Marketing Model that allows brands to target exact audience and promote their products and services. Using this Model he has developed digital strategies for a number of small and medium size businesses.
